Sometimes the people who need someone the most are the ones who don’t know how to ask. A simple “Are you okay?” or “I’m here if you want to talk” can mean more than you realize.

Speak up when you’re struggling. Listen without judgment when someone opens up. Be present. Be kind. You never know what someone may be carrying silently.

You matter. Your voice matters. And asking for help is a sign of strength. 💛
