Another garage floor epoxied! This floor was epoxied around 8 years ago. As you can see the epoxy was failing and I could rip a bunch of it up by hand! There were a lot of cups and holes in the concrete and it was all rough and breaking apart around the drain. I ground done the floor then filled all the bad spots with epoxy. Then did a 3 part epoxy flake system. The floor gets a moisture barrier coat, then flaked with vinyl chips, and I did 2 coats of polyaspartic top coat. Looking so much better now!!
