"The whole process went so smoothly and quickly. Lyle our salesman, Derek and all the other staff we met in the process was friendly and knowledgeable. Our pellet stove was installed in about 2.5 hours, if that, and looks great. We're very excited to finally have a pellet stove to use. Wish I had contacted them over a year ago when we were first looking for someone to install a stove- It would have saved us a bunch of wasted time with some of these other stove companies and Higgins was much more affordable compared to what we had been quoted elsewhere.
