Just dropped off a new batch of pineapple tea at the Early Bird Market.
With cold and flu season upon us, you'll want to grab a jar or two! Our pineapple tea is fantastic for clearing congestion, boosting the immune system, and reducing inflammation. We're also working through the logistics of creating a elderberry pineapple tea line.

With how gangbuster these green (and purple) beans are growing, you'd never know a shed landed on top of them 3 weeks ago!

In the last 3 days, we harvested over 17lb of them (two five-gallon buckets full!). Some went to Early Bird Market fresh, and the rest we're preparing for freeze-drying.
