Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of gauge and yarn weights
- Ability to climb stairs and lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
- Dedicated and detail oriented
- Enjoys helping others
Responsibilities:
- 30-35 hours per week required
- Assist customers with knitting/yarn questions, in person and over the phone
- Provide guidance in yarn selection
- Provide shop tours
- Shop maintenance, such as stocking and cleaning
- Operating point-of-sale system
- Managing shop coverage
