Are you proud of a specific piece of pottery you painted recently? (Since last August recently) Are you a Monroe County resident? If you said YES to both of these, YOU can enter that amazing piece of pottery into the West End Fair this year!!!
The West End Fair is August 23-29th 2026. Drop off of entries is Saturday August 22nd 9am-5pm at the West End Fairgrounds in Gilbert PA.
Pick up your items and ribbons on Sun. August 30th from 10-12pm.
How to enter? We made it east for you. See the example picture of how to fill out the entry form. 1 example of the children's (18 and under) and 1 example of an adult entry. 1 entry per person for the ceramics-painted/glazed category. But you can enter many other arts or home goods. See the exhibit book on the WEF website for ALL the awesome categories.
We have entry forms in the studio for you or you can print one from the WEF website.

It is $10 per person to enter your items into the exhibits... not per item. So, send a $10 check (they are still old school) made out to The West End Fairgrounds to the address on the entry form before July 23rd!!
So, if you are artsy like we are, you will enjoy seeing your items on display and maybe get a ribbon or even a few $! We hope to see some familiar pieces this year!! GOOD LUCK!
