Sharing Christopher’s journey on the autism spectrum has always been an important part of our family’s story. Today, Stephen and I dropped Christopher off at Beacon College in Leesburg, Florida for a two week program- College Edge.
While he experienced many successes during his year at Nicholls State, this new chapter gives all of us the opportunity to compare two different paths: a traditional college experience with autism support services versus a college designed specifically for neurodiverse students.
As always, Christopher is embracing this adventure with courage, optimism, and his signature enthusiasm. Looking forward to his updates (and even better his responses to people) 💙🤗
