🌹 Sneak Peek! 🌹
Once again we had the privilege of creating the floral adornments for the Miss Thunder Mountain Rodeo Queen for the Portland Rose Festival Parade today. We're no strangers to this event, we started creating florals for floats in 2008 and moved onto equestrian entries in 2018 and have been doing flowers for horses ever since.
This year's project was a bit more challenging than usual—but that's where experience, skill, and a little creativity come into play. These aren't arrangements that simply get tucked into place. They require extensive wiring, multiple attachment methods, and in this case, three different adhesives to ensure everything stays secure, looks beautiful, and performs flawlessly throughout the parade.
There's a lot more that goes into these pieces than meets the eye, and we'll be sharing more details about the process later. For now, here's a sneak peek at what's to come!
