Sometimes unplanned soaps make some of the prettiest ones.

I threw this Christmas Confetti soap together at the last minute with a few extras that I’ve made and have decided not to use.

Now I’m wondering if it’s going to turn into one of my favorites of the year. 🤣

I don’t know about yall but I absolutely LOVE rainy days! The sounds, the gloomy skies, the smell. It just relaxes me. When it’s sunny, I feel like I need to be doing something. When it’s rainy, I can calm down and rest.

So this morning has been the perfect day to finish up these “Ugly Sweaters”. Enjoy!

You all LOVE my “Light Blue” body butter so I’m super excited to announce this one!

One of my favorite parts of making fancy Christmas soaps is working with soap dough.

So what is soap dough? Basically, it’s the same exact recipe I use for all of my soaps. The only difference is that it’s allowed to saponify (turn into soap) without drying out and setting up completely. From that point, I can mold it and make all kinds of things with it just like play dough. It will dry out like normal soap after that.

It’s a pretty cool process and when I can really let my creativity shine! I’m super excited about seeing these embeds in a full bar!

Let’s talk GLITTER!

I’m diligently working on a variety of Christmas soaps right now so think red, green, trees, and LOTS of glitter because what’s Christmas without the sparkle?!?! 🤣

Just for your peace of mind…I ONLY use biodegradable glitter. What does this mean? It melts when it gets wet! No glitter residue. No clogged drains. No glitter left on your skin. Just beautiful, sparkly, holly jolly smelling soaps to keep you smelling and feeling your best through the busiest time of the year!

I can’t thank y’all enough for all of the love and support you have shown me today!! It was an AMAZING and beautiful day at the market!! I sold completely out of a few soaps, a couple shampoo and conditioner bars, and tallow!! I’m so excited because that just means I get to make more!

When I left the market, I dropped off some restocks at the Cotton Patch and a couple of tubs of my fall scented body butter for any of y’all that couldn’t come see me today! It’ll take me a few days to get more tallow rendered and ready though.

With that said, my heart is overflowing with gratitude for you all today! Thank you for loving my products as well as me and my family! Yall are AWESOME!
