Hey kids! I’m going to be away from my day job for a considerable portion of March and April, which means sad, tiny paychecks.
BUT WAIT! I HAVE ALL THIS YARN! YARN I CAN CUSTOM DYE FOR YOU!!!
If you like me (and yarn) and want to help keep me in the studio to which I have become accustomed, I am opening up commissions. There are two pricing schemes:
$25 a skein for yarn that is labeled, and for which I can give you the specs. For orders of five (5) or more skeins of the same colorway, I’ll cut you a deal and drop the price per skein to $20
$15 a skein for yarn that came without labels. I have a pretty good idea of what base and weight the yarn is but I can’t swear to it, so you get a discount.
“But Emma!” I hear you cry, “These are such low, low prices for what will be beautiful and colorful yarn!” Yes, it is true. But I don’t have an extensive catalogue of tested and repeatable colorways for you to point to and so what I end up coming up with based on your request is going to be something of a surprise to both of us.
For the purposes of making my life easy, half skeins count as half a skein, and mini/micros (I have some, with glitter even!) count as their relative percentage of a standard full skein. For example, a 25g mini of sock yarn counts as a quarter skein, but a 25g skein of mohair counts as a half skein because a full skein of the Suri mohair-style I have on hand only weighs in at 50g because it’s so fluffy.
Want a sweater quantity? F**k it, I’ll order it if I don’t have it already if you need at least 5 skeins of the same base

Lots of sock yarn, with or without sparkles, in full and mini skeins
Merino/bamboo/silk fi*****ng
Lots of Suri silk mohair, in full and half skeins
NON MOHAIR lace weight!!
NON superwash light worsted
Something that might be a sport or light DK?
DK with gold glitter
