After 3 days of no power and a massive cleanup, I decided a nice dinner was in order. Filet mignon over salad with garden veggies and everything bagel itialian bread with my dipping sauce.

We are not cooking today....we got hit with a mini tornado yesterday....lots of damage! No power..may be several days!🌪🌀

A fun filled day of cooking for a friends birthday 🎂 ......started out with a fresh garden salad 🥗from my garden, homemade Italian bread 🥖with seasoned dipping oil, then a pallet cleanser of raspberry sorbet🍨 and spearmint leave 🌿from my garden, next we had shrimp scampi 🍤🧄🧅over angel hair pasta...then dessert was a Scandinavian Almond 🍰cake and peanut cookies 🍪 and a toast of Lemoncello

We had a nice breakfast for dinner which included duck eggs....look at the size of those babies!
