INTERNSHIP AVAILABLE
Our intern is leaving and heading back to school. We are bummed and will miss her, but need a replacement! We are working on making senior living more hip these days. JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Meeting Prep (mostly involving organizing physical samples and fine-tuning Powerpoints).
-Sample Library Organization
-Sample Ordering
-Updating vendor information and contact lists.
-Creating Proposals for Vendor RFQ’s (Request for Quotes).
-Creating Budgets
-Running Errands (Coffee is VERY important!)
-Some Administrative Tasks
SKILLS: must be generally tech savvy. Must know excel and Powerpoint. Photoshop and if you know AutoCAD that would be plus!
PERSONALITY: self-starter, well-organized, WARM �, down-to-earth and ok with dogs, babies and being in my very lived-in house.
COMPENSATION: This is a learning apprenticeship for the first 120 hours. (Equal to 15 eight hour days). I need you 10 to 16 hours per week.
VIGNETTE DIRECTIONS: Please design a corner of a room with a Chair, side table, light fixture and a few accessories. Please use the whiteboard presentation method similar to what I’ve posted. Does not need to be the same exact format, but put all your chosen pieces on a white background. Thank you!
