Hi Friends! We have one more hire to make as we head into the summer season — an experienced Retail Sales Lead.

We’re looking for a charismatic, thoughtful person with 1–2 years of experience leading and mentoring on a sales floor. Someone comfortable with opening and closing duties, helping oversee sales goals, and working closely with our General Manager. This is a full-time position at our Beacon location. This Monday, February 9th will be the final weekly lunch pop-up from at Little King.

When we first invited our friend Yasuyo (aka Fish) to pop up with us in 2022, we immediately felt that kindred spirit — a shared love of thoughtful cooking, beautiful ingredients, and gathering people around something made with care. For the past two years, she’s brought her creativity and deeply nourishing food to Beacon week after week, feeding so many of you (and us).

As Little King continues to evolve, we’ll be phasing out our kitchen to make room for our growing team and expanding studio operations. While we’ll miss the rhythm of Mondays with Fish, we’re so proud of what she’s building next.

You can continue to find her at the Cold Spring Farmers Market, at events in the city, and soon — in a space of her own in Newburgh.

Fish, thank you for sharing your talent, your spirit, and your endless energy with us. And thank you to our community for showing up and supporting a pop-up we truly believe in — and a friend we hold dear.

Come see her one last Monday ❤️

We’ll have her back in the future for events so this isn’t goodbye but rather see you soon! Keep showing up to her other events around the Hudson Valley - we are so fortunate to have her incredible food up here.
