In the interest of consolidation and avoiding name confusion, this and my art and home accounts will no longer be updated. Since Taluka Trades has become the established umbrella company over my three smaller ventures, Taluka Trades and www.TalukaTrades.com are where the store, my art and home services will be offered and displayed.

45 minutes into the rough outline phase, I like sending a pic to my client and telling them, "all done!"

Designing and creating this animated render was how I taught myself SketchUp and was my tentative design for our own build in 2019. I wound up buying a historic Greek Revival in Old Town, so I didn't finish the second floor in this draft.

I can help conceptualize your dream home, or take your drawings + blueprints and raise the walls from them in 3D... and after that the possibilities are endless - paint, lighting, landscaping (I know plants). Message me to discuss your next project! ✏️📐🛠

Here's a complete home I designed for our family in 2019 (we wound up buying in Old Town) - complete with interiors and finishes. I'm sending out two new art bids this morning after meeting with Charity to lay out Phase II of the convenience store graphics. After that, I'll post an animated walkthrough of this render. I'd love to create 3d renders for my clients, too!

My first beach and palm tree. Had to wrap it up to get back to other work - a fun little 1.5 day pool shack job! Thanks Jason in Nederland! 🏝
