Tonight we are expecting up to hurricane force winds along with hail up to 5” The Governor has enacted emergency services already and insurance companies are staging and have sent texts and emails to their clients. This is a definite disaster that is expected to take place between 9 pm and 12 am for North Texas Homeowners Heed the warnings and make sure you are safe in your residence.
If catastrophic activities should occur at your residence make sure you have someone you can contact to do emergency tarping to mitigate further damages. We can completete this for you

If you have experienced just 1 hail storm this year, you need to have an inspection of your property. Give us a call today to do a complete inspection of your homes exterior!
This is a good time of year to have an inspection, after storm season, and if needed go through the claims process. We can guide you through that process, once again, only if needed. HOMEOWNERS! SUPER IMPORTANT INFO! Please listen to this video. Homeowner was due for a renewal on their policy, insurance company sent an inspector out. Homeowner has been with this company for 33 years!!! Whelp, insurance is stating their roof is uninsurable due to damage. Problem is, the homeowner didn’t have an inspection or file a claim after their last hail storm. They haven’t had a storm within the last year, so now they have to pay out of pocket for a new roof or their policy will not be renewed! And insurance now shares info with other companies, so they can’t get insurance on their dwelling without replacing the roof all out of their pocket, around $20k. If they would have filed a claim after the last storm hit, they would have been out of pocket their deductible only!
Don’t be negligent in guaranteeing your roof is in good condition, most storm damage cannot be seen from the ground and has to be viewed on the roof by someone who is knowledgeable in storm damages.
If you have had a storm this year, contact a knowledgeable company or inspector such as myself and make sure you and your roof are protected! 817-800-6865
