IT’S OFFICIAL! 🎉

Wheel Throwing Classes are now on the schedule!

We’ve spent months planning, preparing, testing, and getting everything ready, and we’re excited to finally start offering wheel classes to our community.

Whether you’ve always wanted to try the pottery wheel or you’re looking to get your hands muddy again, these classes are designed to be fun, beginner-friendly, and hands-on.

During this 3-hour instructor-led experience, you’ll learn the basics of wheel throwing and create up to two pieces of your own. We’ll guide you through the process from start to finish, and your pieces will be glazed and fired for pickup at a later date.

Class size is limited to just 5 participants to allow for plenty of individual instruction and wheel time.

Spots are now available and can be reserved through our website.

We can’t wait to share this experience with you and continue growing the creative opportunities available right here in Bedford.

🎄✨ Reminder to preorder your ceramic Christmas trees! ✨🎄

I know… it feels EARLY 😅
But these trees are a process and we want to make sure everyone has time to:
🍶 choose their tree
🔥 have pieces poured/fired
🎨 glaze them THIS summer
✨ and have them ready well before the holiday season!

We’re working with some really fun vintage-inspired molds, including several classic Nowell & Jamar styles that so many people grew up loving 🥹💛

There’s just something magical and nostalgic about these trees glowing during Christmas time ✨

🎄 Preorders will close at the end of May!

☀️ SUMMER HOURS ARE HERE ☀️

Summer is shaping up to be such an exciting season at Glassy & Glazey 🎨🍶🔥

Between summer camps, classes, workshops, commissions, new ideas, and all the creativity happening behind the scenes, both studios are going to be full of activity and we honestly cannot wait 💛

✨ Summer hours officially begin June 2nd ✨

Tuesday: 3PM–6PM
Wednesday: 3PM–6PM
Thursday: 3PM–8PM
Friday: 3PM–8PM
Saturday: 10AM–2PM

☀️ Summer camps will run Tuesday–Friday from 11AM–2PM, so the studios will not be open during camp hours.

🎉 Saturday, June 6
Limestone Heritage Festival Hours: 10AM–6PM

🇺🇸 Saturday, July 4
Holiday Hours: 10AM–4PM

📍 Thursday, June 18
Glassy will be closed from 5PM–7PM for a Chamber event.

✨ Summer Studio Break ✨

Glassy will be closed the last week of July + first week of August so we can recharge, reorganize, and prepare for everything still to come later this year 👀

🍶 Glazey will remain OPEN during this time.

Thank you all for continuing to support these growing creative spaces. It still amazes me how much this community has embraced art, creativity, and learning together 🤍

Let’s take a moment for these charcuterie boards 😍🍶✨

We are SO proud of how these turned out.

This class was a two-part handbuilding experience at Glazey:
✨ Session one: building the boards and bowls from clay
✨ Then 2 weeks drying time + bisque firing
✨ Session two: glazing their finished pieces and bringing them to life with color

And honestly, seeing everyone’s final results after the full process is one of our favorite parts 🥹

No two sets turned out the same, and we love how everyone’s personality and creativity always finds its way into their work 🤍

This class has us EXTRA excited for more handbuilding classes coming to Glazey this year 👀
