I am officially a Certified Chief Architect Professional User.
Why is this important for you, my clients, and for me as a designer?
1. Design intent is clearly communicated! You get to see the vision
of what rooms will look like.
2. No outsourcing renderings.
3. No waiting weeks for render updates due to outsourcing.
4. Design approval before your project starts.
5. Clear communication with contractors on how the design should
be executed.
6. Furniture layouts done to scale; you will see how everything fits
together.
7. Excitement about the future of your home and that you get to
love where you live for years to come!!!
I couldn't be more excited to offer this service to my clients!

Below is the render of a kitchen project and next to it is a photo of the completed project.

As an interior designer and certified kitchen and bath designer, staying on top of new technologies, trends, and education in the industry is key. KBIS, the kitchen and bath industry show, is the largest trade show in the world of its kind. This year green is still going strong, sustainability was the key topic, and the product and material selections were stunning!
