It’s five o’clock in kitchens everywhere (at least in the Eastern time zone 😊), and is Five o’clock party time or panic time in your kitchen? For founder - it’s often panic time but a fancy drink does help. Try her Blueberry/Elderberry Cocktail and let’s get this dinner-making party started 🎉

Cocktail:
2oz vodka
2oz blueberry juice
1oz elderberry syrup (or sub simple syrup or elderflower liquor)
Juice of half a lemon
Splash of seltzer
Ice

What are you making with your late Summer veggies? This roasted ratatouille recipe turns them into caramelized deliciousness, full of flavor and surprisingly rich.

Dice veggies and add tons with generous amounts of olive oil, salt and pepper, then roast on sheet pan at 450F for 50-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes or so. Toss with gobs of fresh basil and Parmesan cheese. Serve with a crusty French bread.
