Description

Up for sale is an authentic vintage Blue Seal 100 lb. cloth feed/seed sack from the Illinois Farm Supply Company based out of Chicago, IL. This bag features their highly recognizable mid-century graphic, highlighting a bold outline map of the state of Illinois filled with the classic Blue Seal roundel insignia.
The faded blue printing gives this bag an exceptional, weathered look that perfectly complements primitive country, rustic, or modern farmhouse aesthetics.
Condition Notes:
This item is in solid vintage condition with an incredible farm-fresh patina. The fabric remains thick and durable. It shows authentic signs of age, including overall surface staining, fold lines, and minor wear from its original agricultural use. The text and state outline graphics are distinct and legible. There are some faint graphite/pencil markings on the lower left portion of the sack, adding to its unique history as a working farm piece.
Perfect to display as a historical piece of Midwestern agricultural memorabilia, or to repurpose into primitive throw pillows, framing, or custom tote bags!
Please see all photos for details on patina and condition. Selling as-found.
