THANK YOU to everyone who chose to enjoy some treats hot off the Weber & Traeger’s in between rain drops Saturday! We had a wonderful time meeting new friends plus seeing family and long-time friends!❤️

A shout out to Weber Grills with Matt & his dad at the helm! Excellent eats! On our Traeger Grills was our longtime friend, Doug Matzenbacher grilling some fantastic food! Our NEW sauce & seasoning friends from Cracked Ribs Seasonings joined us with the BEST pork pinwheels we have ever eaten!
And TempTong pitched a tent and introduced a new favorite grilling tool that we are selling in the showroom… a set of tongs with a digital probe built in! Brilliant! We are so grateful to you all!!

We would also like to give a shout out to Fire Truck O'Toys for collecting toys for the kids in our local children’s hospitals! When Santa in the Lou showed up, there wasn’t anything but smiles on everyone’s faces!!! Then the Belleville Fire Department stopped by to support the event and bring even more fun! THANK YOUUUU!!!🎅🏼❤️🚒

We are proud of our new sauce lines that will be here for sampling as well: Cracked Ribs Seasonings, Maspeppers, and Meat Church BBQ! We will be sampling our best sellers and excited for your voting this year: Blues Hog, Bad Byron's Butt Rub, Code 3 Spices, Firehouse Chilifire, Grindstaff Rub Co., Head Country, Hogs 'N Heat BBQ, John Henry's Food Products, Rays, and Rufus Teague. Tomorrow, Saturday May 16th, from Noon-2, Santa's taking a summer vacation break and making a special stop at Hearthside Grill & Fireplace for GrillFest! Come meat the big guy and bring a toy for St. Louis' hospitalized kids! Each donation ensures our kids get a little pick me up when they need it the most - all year long!
And, Grillfest runs from 10-4! There's BBQ and Sauce Samples, Grilling demonstrations and more! Naughty or nice, We'll see you there!
Oh, and Santa say's there's 0% chance of snow!

He will be helping Fire Truck O'Toys collect toys for the kids spending their holidays in our local Childrens hospitals!
