When businesses relocate, their prior furniture doesn't always fit in their new spaces.

Looking for a new home for a complete workstation with L-shaped corner desk with attached shelving, mobile storage, task chair and 2 guest chairs. This furniture is commercial/contract grade (MAKR Furniture desk, Sitonit Seating), originally purchased locally, built to withstand business environments, and in pristine condition. They all coordinate in a PNW approved blue-gray palette. It is priced to sell, and retails between $4-5k.

Overall dimensions of the workstation is 30"x72"x102"x24".

Sharing a little sample of a ongoing refresh we have been working on with our new neighbors at Neeter House of Luxury, taking an office space and turning it into an executive office space through upgraded space plan, furniture and accessories. Can't wait to share more.

For this seating area, and focal point, we worked with Garrison & Associates and Encore to specify a pair of gorgeous Plumeya Lounges. You can choose between mid or high back options (we went with a mid back) and multiple base options (we selected the wood swivel base) with this plush fabric from Designtex ('Nook' in Honey). It's soft and durable (500,000 double rubs) and a beautiful shade that make the chairs pop.

For the rug we went with 'Chasing Pavement' in titanium/silver by FLOR, a featured product in our design lab.

Can't wait to share more! Waiting on some additional furniture to arrive.

Hey, das me!

I am so thankful to the Ferndale Chamber for providing such a safe and welcoming environment to introduce the new showroom/resource library! I'm a bit rusty on public speaking, but felt encouraged and embraced the whole time.

We aren't open to the public yet (just call me, I'll let you in) but we will be soon. Stay tuned for Grand Opening events (have to get through end of summer/school preparation first!)

I'm only a creep when it comes to furniture (thats my voice in the video). If Maggie had legs I would have complimented them.

Big thanks to Dale from Garrison & Associates for popping in while he was in town, showing me this transformable and fun magnetic lounge family from Venue Industries (Maggie - so clever!)

What do you think? Should we invite Maggie to party with us up here in Whatcom County? I could 100% see this in a student lounge, study commons or library setting (and the design lab 😏😍✨).

Like sands through an hourglass...so are the days of our lives ⏳

First client appt in the studio. A local healthcare center is getting a routine renewal in their public areas (needed every 20-30 years, based on the lifespan of the materials) from the taupe and slate combo of the early 2000s to the greige and concrete of today. One thing I love about the PNW is that blue is a neutral and ages beautifully.

I'm loving Interface WA / Interface flooring family's of coordinating tiles to easily create visual interest/integrated wayfinding strategies within the flooring with no need for transitions between the LVT and the carpet and within the same budget ✨ more bang for your buck and a safer environment. Carpet tile, lvt, and walk off - oh my!

My office floor used to be layers of project materials since I like to live around them for a while. Plenty of floorspace here. Come see what others have going on (soon) 🤩

🥹✨ final inspection occured this week, and all together positive notes w/ a few minor tweaks that are mostly complete now (ie missing door hardware on the bathroom, which is only acceptable to my children terrorizing each other). We are on the downhill slide. HVAC wrapped up programming the heat pumps today so it feels ver' nice in there. I put the door hardware on the cabs today as well (progress step by progress step) and am so impressed with Carolina. Great value, and great quality. Experiencing mixed emotions as I have anticipated this moment since December, became comfortable in that anticipation, and the light at the end of the tunnel is now blinding me.

I can't wait to tell you more about what you are seeing. It's Candyland to me with all my fav manufacturers and venders coming together. The boxes you are seeing are actually for a project I have been looking forward to completing with my new neighbors over at Neeter House of Luxury.

I can no longer spec a project from the garoffice as all books are in a much better place 😙🤌 the tools moved out yesterday as the chair platforms and walls are being fabricated off site.

So much has happened in the past week - floors, cabinets, trim, fixtures, countertops, plumbing/electrical/HVAC sign offs... If you're a believer in 🤞🤞, join me in crossing some fingers for the final on Tuesday. You may ask me, "Tristen....where are the walls?" And I'll tell you the bathroom has walls and a door so...💁‍♀️🙋‍♀️✅ Also, walls are next. With the shelving and the furniture. Client and vendor appts are already scheduled in the space starting this week so we are l-i-v-i-n', babes.

I shouldn't be surprised, but I freaking love this place. My happy place. I can't wait to share it (and party).

The walls are painted, the flooring has been delivered to site to acclimate for the weekend installation and the cabinets have been placed. The universe would not have given me so many boy children (and their friends) if they were not meant to be part of this adventure.

Space Advocate is not just a family run business - it's a mom raising her boys. If they didn't find this enjoyable I wouldn't have them participate. However I will never stop challenging their capabilities. Now I'm just counting down the days until my oldest can drive the van 😏😍

The space is coming together this week at lightning ⚡ speed. 2/3 of the space has been painted. I wanted to leave the mechanical and electrical exposed and am loving the way it looks with everything the same dark color. Letting shadows and light do the work.

Here is a taste of the materials - think dark walls that make the products pop. Of course I will have pink carpet...and orange...and blue...

I only partner with manufacturers I believe in and trust, and to know they have our communities back as well making this happen is 😙🤌 no need to drive down to Seattle for inspo....head to the waterfront, downtown Bellingham.
