Mike even got a spot in one of the pictures! This was such a cool project, I love to utilize new technology to help bring a bit of independence back into peoples lives. We touched on a fraction of it here, there is so much more that can be done! Thanks to all you and everything you do! Such an amazing organization!

In the early stages of our recent renovation, local volunteers from Lionheart Critical Power Specialists were out helping with demolition and painting. Later in the week, they returned to help us sort out kitchen wiring, installed some new lighting, and coordinated with local sponsor Control Freaks on the installation of a whole-home automation system. The new system will improve the overall efficiency of the Compound as well as help to create a safer environment for Oscar Mike Foundation Athletes and staff on site. We are excited to still be working with Control Freaks and happy to announce Lionheart will continue to be a charity partner in 2019 as we make further improvements to the Compound!

While hanging some outdoor TVs in the pool area at some apartments, it raised a few questions and comments. Yes they are made for the outside.... No, you DO NOT need to take them down in the winter (however, it is a good idea to cover them).... They have an antiglare screen to help when it is sunny.... The sound is a bit better than your average flat screen these days (they have a weatherproof sound bar option as well).... They are more affordable than you think....
