Well, this isn’t quite how I pictured my first solo weekend at the farmstand. 😅

The farmstand will be closed this weekend.

I’ve had to take it easy for a few days while dealing with a minor health hiccup—nothing to worry about, but it has meant very little harvesting this week. Add in this crazy heat, and putting fresh-cut flowers outside just doesn’t make much sense.

I’m disappointed, but hoping to be back at it next week with cooler weather and plenty of flowers.

Palette-led, designer-driven customization.
..but what does that actually mean?

You choose the color palette, the pieces you need and the overall feeling you want. You can send inspiration photos, tell me what you love—or what you definitely don’t—and then leave the flower choices and design to me.

I work from the flowers we grow and dry here at the farm, choosing the shapes, textures and varieties that work best together. Your flowers won’t be a stem-for-stem copy of another arrangement. They’ll be designed specifically for you, guided by your palette and my natural, slightly wild style.

Before I begin, I’ll send you a photo of the floral palette so you can see the colors and textures I’m planning to use. If requested, I can also share a peek when the design is about 90% complete. Then I finish the details and keep the final piece a little bit of a surprise.

It’s customization without asking you to design your own flowers—and it gives me enough creative freedom to make something that feels cohesive, thoughtful and completely yours.

The request for this bridal bouquet was simple: lots of color and a sunflower or two. Beyond that, I was given room to create.

Farm-grown flowers, dried textures, unexpected shapes and a little wildness — designed around a color palette rather than a specific list of flowers.

This is my favorite way to design for weddings.
You give me your colors, tell me what you need, and trust me to pull from what we grow and dry here on the farm to make something that feels like you.

I’d really love to do more of this.
