I have absolutely loved searching for books to turn into dried flower arrangements.

I source them from local thrift stores, always hoping to find books filled with joyful literature, rich history, or pages that simply radiate love. Each one has its own story, and I love the thought of giving it a new life.

The books pictured are my latest finds, and one in particular has really touched my heart: A Father’s Book of Wisdom. It’s a compilation of a father’s quotes that were discovered after his passing. I can only imagine the love, comfort, and healing his words brought to the people who took the time to compile them.

I’ve secretly been hoping this book finds its way into an arrangement for someone who has lost their father. There’s something so special about the thought of turning a book filled with a father’s wisdom into something beautiful that can be kept and cherished. A little reminder of his love, there to be seen every day.

This is one of the many reasons I love what I do. It’s not just about flowers or creating something beautiful. It’s about giving new life to meaningful things, preserving little pieces of history, and creating something that can hold a story of its own. ❤️
