Carlinville won! I can’t imagine a better place, it’s like it’s locked in time.

Coxcomb was growing in the field at a local Staunton farm and I couldn’t help myself! Coleus is something I never used as a florist for greenery. It does not refrigerate well so it was never available as a greenery. Well turns out it lasts forever and it roots so easily. 🤯 I’m using that s**t in everything now! The ridiculous variety of coleus and the pop it adds is a game changer!

I want to do an entire wedding with these! They are glorious. I pulled off the road and bought these from a local farm. This massive arrangement has 7 stems, that’s it! I was able to do this with a few stems! 😮These are huge! I’m definitely growing these for next year! Amazing 🤩

I feel like I’ve learned so much from my degree from YouTube university 😉 and from experimenting for 2 years now with what works and what doesn’t. I’ll be pouring some tables in the next day or two if your local and wanted to stop by and watch let me know. I’m thinking of offering a course in all that I’ve learned

Still some fresh bouquets this weekend Blackbird Bakery + Café. If they see this post and you didn’t bring back flowers, that may look bad. 😉 And side note. The barista there told me something profound. That the first time a man is given flowers is at his funeral! 🤯Ladies we need to do better, I’m a frikin florist and I’ve made this mistake! That’s straight up sexist of us, I’m guilty of it myself! 😮. Only psychopaths don’t like flowers. Buy your man flowers ladies! ❤️
