‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️UPDATE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨
SCRAPPERS & MINERS HAVE THE LAST OPTION WELL— even though Scrappers and Miners uniforms ARE correct side from the bows.
I have now spent approximately FOUR HOURS speaking directly with my supplier—two hours yesterday and another two hours today—going through the bow and stripe concerns piece by piece. My friend & newly appointed business partner went through the entire situation and messages piece by piece.
ALL UNIFORMS WILL SHIP MONDAY. I will share tracking information the minute I receive it— as well as an image of each style of uniform.
After posting the first photos of the completed uniforms, I received a lot of messages and concerns—and I completely understand why. I was disappointed by those initial photos too. I want to give everyone a complete update on what happened, what is being corrected, and the additional option I am offering.
1️⃣ THE UNIFORMS IN THE PHOTOS WERE NOT PRESSED—— THE BOWS WERE WRONG:
It was never communicated to me that the completed uniforms were photographed before they were professionally pressed. Had I known that, I would not have shared those photos.
After seeing what these uniforms look like properly pressed, I feel significantly better about their overall appearance. Pressing makes a surprisingly large difference with a structured garment like a cheer uniform.
Pressing:
• Flattens seams and sewn-on stripes so they lie properly against the garment
• Sets pleats and folds so the skirt looks crisp and intentional
• Smooths puckering and wrinkles caused during sewing, production, handling, and packing
• Helps shape the neckline, waist, hem, panels, and seams so they sit where intended
• Helps structured and decorative elements hold their intended shape
• Gives the uniform the crisp, finished, professional appearance you expect from the final product
Every uniform will be properly pressed before being sent— ALL BOWS FIXED.
2️⃣ THE STRIPE CONSTRUCTION
The original approved mockup featured three colors/stripes (glitter panel color, bow color stripe, white).
During manufacturing, the production team determined that the width of the chest panel could not physically accommodate all three as originally shown. At the warehouse level, they made the decision to remove one stripe in order to make the design production-ready. Due to the Miners uniform being my model uniform for stripes construction— he followed that as a guideline for the stripe being the same color. That was a misunderstanding, but it is NOT deal breaker and does not void use of these uniforms whatsoever. The bows are the contrast color— the stripes are just the main uniform color.
The change to keep the main panel color as the stripe color was not communicated to me before production. I was surprised to see that, too. The stripe that is present is NOT an incorrect color. It coordinates directly with the glitter panel of the uniform. The additional contrast color from the original design is also represented in the cheer bow.
Because the existing stripe itself is not the wrong color, the supplier will not be remaking the completed uniforms solely because the third/contrast stripe was removed.
HOWEVER—I am personally offering another option, which I explain below.
3️⃣ THE BOWS ARE BEING REMADE
This part is nonnegotiable.
The bows shown in the photos are NOT the bow construction I ordered or approved. THEY LOOKED TERRIBLE. I am well aware and immediately addressed this once I was home from picking up my son— I was working on that.
‼️ EVERY SINGLE BOW IS BEING REMADE.
‼️ EVERY UNIFORM WILL BE PROPERLY PRESSED.
‼️ I WILL NOT APPROVE THE FINAL ITEMS UNTIL THESE CORRECTIONS ARE MADE AND HES DOING THOSE AS I TYPE THIS.
I will not continue posting additional warehouse photos of unfinished presentation or responding after this message due to this being all the updated information I can provide.
The corrected bows will be attached and the uniforms properly pressed before I share pics so everyone can see what the actual finished product looks like.
4️⃣ QUALITY, DELAYS & MY FINAL POLICY
I do not sell cheaply made poor-quality uniforms. My kids don’t wear cheap items— and I do not sell cheap items because my items are good. The initial photos were DEFINITELY a poor representation of the finished product because the garments were unpressed and the bows were constructed incorrectly. I jumped the gun and posted them at the red light on the way to pick up my child. I glanced and posted— which I have done a million times. It caused sheer panic— yes.
I have been EXTREMELY thorough with my communication and transparency. I have communicated every detail, every correspondence, every single delay I have been made aware of throughout this process. I also explicitly stated from the beginning that delays WILL occur due to the fact I was scammed and we switched suppliers midway due to this!!!!!!!!! That alone is way way way out of my control. What none of us could have anticipated was the original supplier situation that resulted in me losing a substantial amount of money and having to start over with another supplier. It also put me in an extremely difficult position financially and caused delays that I never wanted for anyone.
Issuing refunds, compensation, or credits on the original uniforms is not something I can do. I just can’t. We cannot afford it— trust me. I’m out $3500 already due to being scammed and the money is gone forever.
Every original uniform that arrives will be distributed to the customer who ordered it. If you ultimately decide you do not want to keep yours, you are welcome to resell it and it will resell. I have no doubt about that.
I know that some people are frustrated— some people can’t offer grace, and that’s okay. I understand that. To everyone who has (despite being disappointed) remained patient and understanding— encouraging— while I have worked through something I never anticipated happening or prepared for—thank you.
The supplier is actively working through these final corrections, and these details will not put us weeks further behind. I will not approve items that I do not believe are satisfactory. The bow corrections and proper finishing are nonnegotiable— and he will be done by Monday. His words.
My own children will be wearing these uniforms to support our football team. I would never knowingly send someone else’s child something I would not put my own children in.
At the same time, I will no longer respond to threatening, hostile, demeaning, or disrespectful messages. I am happy to answer reasonable questions and concerns, but communication must remain respectful, and my response remains: these are nonrefundable.
‼️‼️ ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL SOLUTION ‼️‼️
I have decided to offer something above and beyond the original order for anyone who specifically wants the uniform made with the contrast stripe color featured in the original design.
I am able to to have an entirely new round of these uniforms produced for anyone who chooses this option AT A MAJORLY DISCOUNTED PRICE and changing the size is applicable if desired so they can be used for next year.
This is NOT mandatory. It is completely optional.
If you choose to purchase the newly produced version:
✨ It will feature the contrast stripe color that was shown in the original design, the white; and glitter panel color.
✨ The supplier has stated these will ship within 10 days.
✨ You will STILL receive your original uniform first when the current shipment arrives.
✨ You will therefore have BOTH uniforms.
✨ You may choose the same size OR you have the option to size up and save the second uniform for next season.
Because of the delays and everything everyone has already dealt with, I am offering this additional uniform at a significantly reduced price. You will message me for those details.
The original uniforms are still coming, the bows are being corrected, every uniform will be pressed, and every original order will be distributed when it arrives.
I am doing everything within my power—to give everyone another option while also getting the original orders completed and into your hands.
Thank you to everyone who has shown patience, grace, and understanding while I have worked through this.
