THEY’RE HERE!!! 😭💕🎉

35 days ago, I started taking y’all behind the scenes as we got ready for SA LIVE.

You’ve seen the mountains of wood blanks, the boxes, the hats, the paint emergency, the late nights and that 2 AM trailer loading adventure. 😂

And yesterday, we finally got to see what all that hard work was for.

More than 200 crafty women together in Tennessee, doing what we LOVE! 🎨💕

The hugs. The laughter. The friendships. The excitement of finally meeting women you’ve gotten to know online. And a whole room full of ladies painting together!

Y’all, THIS is why we do it. 🥹

It’s never been just about painting a door hanger. It’s about finding your people, making memories and realizing you belong right here, paintbrush in hand.

And we’re only getting started! 🙌

35 days ago, I told y’all that 200+ crafty women were coming to Tennessee… and TODAY we finally started turning that empty room into SA LIVE! 😭💕

All those weeks of cutting wood, packing boxes, pressing hats, troubleshooting paint colors, wrapping pallets and loading trailers have led to THIS.

And today, our team rolled up their sleeves and started putting it all together.

It’s one thing to plan an event for months.

It’s another thing entirely to stand in that room and watch it come to life. 🥹

And the craziest part?

TOMORROW THE LADIES ARRIVE!!! 🎉

The hugs. The laughter. The painting. The friendships. The women who have been counting down the days right along with us.

THAT is why we do all of this.

We’ve spent 35 days getting ready for them.

And tomorrow… they’re HERE! 💕

Follow along because the moment we’ve been working toward is finally here! 👀

One last slow morning before the SA LIVE craziness begins. 🥾💕

We started today with 5 miles on Little River Trail, and after the last few weeks of deadlines, boxes, pallets and late nights… this was exactly what I needed.

Fresh air. Pretty views. Good company. And a chance to enjoy Tennessee before we flip the switch back into event mode.

Because tomorrow?

The trailer arrives.

The boxes come out.

And that empty event space starts turning into SA LIVE. 😳

I’m ready.

I think. 😂💕

Next up: SETUP DAY.

Ever wonder what happens BEFORE I go live for a painting tutorial?

Spoiler alert: it involves a messy craft desk, tangled cords, WAY more paintbrushes than I’ll actually use😂

This week, I’m taking you behind the scenes as I get ready to teach a Santa door hanger tutorial inside the Painter's Clubhouse.

You’re going to see how it all comes together.

But I’m also sharing the part you don’t always see...

🎥Watch the full video to find out what it is — up on YouTube now!

And if watching us paint has you thinking, “I want to try this too…” our Merry & Bright Door Hanger Workshop is a pretty fun place to start😉🎄✨

The calm before the SA LIVE storm. 🎢😂💕

After MONTHS of planning, painting, cutting, packing and one very late night loading that trailer… we gave ourselves permission to do absolutely NONE of it for a minute.

Today we traded paintbrushes and packing tape for DOLLYWOOD! 🙌

Because as much as I love SA LIVE, I also love these in-between moments with the people who help make it all happen.

A little fun. A lot of laughs. And one last chance to relax before we switch into full-on event mode. 😳

Because next up…

SETUP DAY.

And that empty room has a BIG transformation coming. 👀💕

19 people. One cabin. What could possibly go wrong? 😂

WE MADE IT TO TENNESSEE! 🙌💕

After loading that last pallet at 2 AM and leaving just a few hours later, it feels VERY good to finally be here.

And before the SA LIVE craziness begins, we’ve got a few days to slow down and enjoy being together.

Ping pong. Billiards. Slime making. Rocking chairs. Lots of laughs. And a whole lot of people under one roof. 😂

These are some of my favorite moments. The ones that happen in between all the work.

Because in just a couple of days, this crew is going to trade cabin life for SA LIVE setup mode. 😳

But first…

We’re going to DOLLYWOOD! 🎢👀
