Specialties include Lampshades, Pillows, Table Linens, Embellished Jean Jackets, Purses, Baby Blankets and Quilts In the late 1980s Rosemary Bigelow fell in love with antique lace and linens and began creating one-of-a-kind pillows. She developed a large collection of textiles through her annual trips to England and then sold her creations to the trade at shows in High Point and Atlanta. Over th

Big Ben is my newest one-of-a-kind lampshade. I custom printed my customer's dog paintings onto fabric for this shade. She provided the adorable lamp base. It's a great way to personalize a pet or person you love in a unique home accessory.

Tomorrow, Laura Gough is here at the Ice House with our upcoming MACreate class. Create a beautiful Autumn Tree Landscape with fabric! You will need a sewing machine, fabrics and an exacto knife. Tuition is $40 for MAC members and $46 for non-MAC Members, you can register online at macicehouse.org/sign-up-for-classes

My friend loves Hawaii and her Bernedoodle. She wanted a picture of her pup on tropical themed fabric in aqua tones to remind her of her many happy trips to the islands. The final touch was finishing the shade with shell trim. I'm happy to work with you to create a shade using your photo in the theme you'd like.

Would you like a custom designed lampshade which incorporates your favorite photo? I can make a shade to go with a lamp you already have or provide the whole lamp with shade for you. We'll work together to develop the theme you'd like. The example shown is of my doggies, Poodle Mama, Casey, and her Doodle Daughter Truffles. They were designed to go in my guest room.

I've been delving into my stash of fabrics and antique lace which inspired these new products - one-of-a-kind embellished jean jackets and Victorian lace necklace chokers. And to complete the look try mixing the jackets with one of my totes.
