With a background working in real estate development, I’ve helped create a model sustainable neighborhood, written proposals and secured federal funding, helmed acquisition analysis for multiunit rehabs, researched and vetted plans for raw land development here on the coast, and overseen the build of ADUs and vacation rentals. Making dreams come true is what gets me up in the morning. For some of
my clients, this means buying their dream home in the heart of Berkeley, the hills of Oakland, or on the Mendocino Coast. For others, this means preparing and selling their house for the most the market can offer. For others, it means investing in the future by purchasing multiunit rental properties, or owning legacy land with ample water, fresh air, beautiful trees, privacy, and views. Whatever your dream is, I’m here to make it happen. Native to the Bay Area, Jade has lived all over Northern California, from San Francisco, the the East Bay, and Marin. She teaches a class called “Beauty and Bounty: Home Renovation for Pleasure and Profit” at the Berkeley Adult School and the El Cerrito Recreation Center.
