Why I’m Skipping the Union Square Mosh Pit This Saturday (And What I’m Doing Instead) 🌷🎨
In 2023, I braved the chaos. I spent 3 hours "weaseling" my way through a Black Friday-style mosh pit just to walk away with these 8 tulips. It was a warrior move, but looking back at the 30,000 people who left empty-handed and frustrated... it felt a little harsh.
The reality? By 2:30 PM, the "garden" is mostly dust and trampled stems.San
Francisco deserves better than a dirt patch and a selfie.
This year, I’m keeping it real in the city.
Instead of fighting for a smooshed flower, I’m hitting the line to look out for the people at the back.
I’ll be giving away:
Hand-painted flowers (that won't wilt or get crushed!)
Original Urban SF Art
A Special Scavenger Hunt: Keep an eye out for a few selected postcard prints hidden in Red Envelopes around the area.
Don't leave empty-handed.
If you're stuck in that zig-zagging line and starting to realize the "flower dream" is fading, find me. I’ll have a Treasure Map ready for you.
If you have a friend stuck in the Union Square tulip line, send this to them.
Can't find me? Message me, email me, or hell, strap a note to the leg of a carrier pigeon. I’m doing Digital AirDrops of my art to all 30,000 of you!
It’s 100% free to receive, and 100% free to tip me what you think it’s worth.
Let's make sure nobody goes home with just a photo of a dirt patch this Saturday. See you in the trenches! ✌️🏙️
