We’re getting ready for fairs and shows! Both national and local.
As Worcester Agriculture week approaches, we have a great opportunity for people to come out to the farm and learn more about purebred sheep!
This will be a family friendly, hands on event!

Paisley and her Suffolk sheep had an unforgettable time at The Junior Show at “The Event”!

🏆 Reserve Champion in Intermediate Showmanship
🐑 2nd Place – December Ewe class with Patsy
👩‍⚖️ 3rd Place – Lamb Judging
🍳 2nd Place – Lamb Cook-Off
🧠 1st Place Team – Skillathon (They brought home The Suffolk Cup!)

💥 As if that wasn’t enough, Paisley also welcomed a new flock member from Touchdown Acres in Iowa — Meet Kitty! 🐏💕

We’re always proud of our children. However, this past weekend we were exceptionally proud.
She took a completely green Southdown that we had purchased on a Wednesday, trained with it for three days, showed it on a Sunday at the Chesapeake Classic, and received 6th place on showmanship.
That lamb was jumping, squirmy, wriggling around the ring, and she kept on her game face and controlled her like a champ.
Her biggest competition is the showman she was last week, and this past week, she showed she can over come obstacles and persevere.
I’m so excited to see her grow!
Rock on little shepherd. ❤️

That’s the strangest Suffolk I’ve ever seen… or is that a Tunis….
Just kidding! This is “Bell Bottom”! The Southdown! No…. We’re not getting into Southdown’s but we’re hoping her genetics will give our commercial side some power and pretty s**g!
Plus Paisley is enjoying the challenge. 🙂
