Our farm in northern New Hampshire is rooted in generations of family who

worked this soil before us, and we’re building on that heritage with a vision for the future. Right now, we’re sharing farmhouse-inspired gifts, funny farm tees, rustic mugs, and cozy homestead goods designed for anyone who loves the idea of farm life (whether you live in the country or just wish you did). As our farm grows, so will what we offer. Soon you’ll find fiber from our flocks of sheep, alpacas, and Angora rabbits — raw for spinners, crafted into roving, spun into yarns, and made into handmade goods that carry the spirit of Legacy Acres in every thread. Every purchase supports our farm’s growth, from expanding our flock to creating a future farm stand where we’ll offer eggs, compost, fiber goods, and more. The girls would like everyone to know that they are working very hard today.

By “working,” they mean following me around the yard, judging my snack distribution skills, and demanding payment in mealworms. 🤣

The good news? Their dedication means fresh eggs are headed to the farm stand this week!

Happy National Egg Day! Not surprisingly, today of all days, the cooler’s not out - we were sold out yesterday and our girls are working hard to stock us back up. We do have a dozen or two on hand so if you want eggs send us a message!! Also - the quail eggs are coming in slow but sure so keep us in mind if you’re looking for those. We may also have a few Quail Roos ready for your nest.

Today, we remember the brave men and women who gave everything for this country. Not just their service, but their futures, their families, their holidays, and the moments they never got to come home to.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It’s a reminder that freedom came at a cost carried by real people and grieving families.

We honor the fallen.
We remember the sacrifice.
And we hold close the responsibility to live with gratitude because of it.

Today, may we pause for the names, the stories, and the empty chairs left behind.

You can find the cooler at the corner of East Milan Rd and Masters Way. We have:

Large size dozen — $5
Small size half dozen — $3

Venmo and Cash App QR codes are posted on the cooler for easy payment. Cash is also welcome.

These are fresh, local eggs from our little flock here at Legacy Acres at Stearns Brook Farm - veteran & first responder owned, family-rooted, and raised with purpose.
