✨Pick of the week: the Botti chandelier from DelightFULL✨

A mid-century modern fixture handmade in brass, named for the American trumpet player Chris Botti. We installed it as part of our design work at Fiddler's Elbow Country Club.

At 59 inches across and 31.5 inches tall, it needs a room with real height and open space around it — hung too low or too tight, a fixture this size closes a room down instead of anchoring it.

Cooper's looking up this week — literally.

Lighting is trading “just illuminate the room” for “be the room.” Sculptural and statement lighting has become an increasingly important element of interior design, with fixtures designed to serve as architectural focal points as well as sources of light.

Think hand-folded paper pendants, brass starbursts, sculptural wood forms, and dramatic fixtures that command attention. The goal isn't simply to light a space — it's to add shape, texture, scale, and personality.

This kitchen was small, dated, and cut off from the rest of the house by one stubborn wall. Take that wall down and the room nearly doubles — which meant we could give this family counter space on both sides of the stove, cabinet and pantry storage that keeps up with how much they actually get through in a week, and quartz counters that forgive a lot.

Our favorite part? The two-toned wood cabinets against the glazed blue-green ceramic backsplash, which pulls up gold and orange depending on where the light hits it.

Let’s take a look at this GreenRose Design-Build bathroom renovation, which was prompted by the need to repair a leaky shower in the primary suite. We took out the porous limestone tile, rebuilt the shower pan and re-tiled it all with a gorgeous porcelain marble. We also updated the existing custom vanities with sleek new washbasins and faucets!
