The Williams' basement is officially showing off. Our 20 MIL Vintage Cabin LVP just went down, and this floor is putting on a full‑blown light show—even though the Fourth of July is still a few weeks away. From storage room to man cave, this space didn’t just glow up… it lit up.

In the bright spots, it leans warm and rustic.
In the shadows, it shifts deeper and richer.

Shawnee Land just got a glow up!

We teamed up with a local real estate superstar who knew this listing needed a little wow before hitting the market — so in went our 20 MIL Carolina Hickory. And honestly? In this wooded setting, it feels like the house finally met its soulmate. Someone’s gonna walk in and instantly feel right at home.

What do we mean when we say “pet-friendly”?!

We finally put 20 MIL Houston in our own house… and the floors look incredible.

Are they pet friendly? Absolutely, they can stand up to most of what your pets throw at them.

Will they make our pets friendly? Absolutely not.

Exhibit A: W***y (some may know him, brown dog) and Sony (black cat) in the first pic, clearly preparing for a WWE style showdown. Lola (black dog, no collar) and Etta (black dog, purple collar) are just here for moral support and snacks. Not pictured: Milo, our other black cat, who took one look at picture day and said “no thanks.”

But the floors? Holding strong. Looking good. Ready for whatever this circus throws at them.

Round two with the Zimmermans = another win. After we tackled their stairs and second floor, they brought us back to tame the first floor — and wow did it clean up nice.

They ran our 20 MIL Golden Pine LVP through the whole level for that smooth, cohesive flow, then swapped the OG baseboards for crisp 1x4s that make everything look fresh and intentional.

The sequel you didn’t know you needed is HERE.

A few months back we got a special request… and wouldn’t you know it, the same plot twist showed up again. The Barns’ loved our 20 MIL LVP in the color Phoenix, but they weren’t in love with it — your classic rom com dilemma.

But just like in the movies, everything worked out in the end. We cut the “wildcard” planks from the script and delivered a floor that absolutely deserves its own post credit scene just to show off more of that glow.

And of course, no blockbuster is complete without a co star… this one just happens to be running up and down every stair tread like they’re filming an action sequence.

Barns’ home: transformed.
Story arc: complete.
Floors: cinematic.

The Kemplers did NOT come to play! They opened walls, moved walls, questioned the very existence of walls — this was a full‑blown floor‑to‑ceiling, “let’s rebuild this thing from scratch” kind of remodel.

And when it was time for the grand finale, we rolled in like a flooring SWAT team with our 20 MIL Northshire LVP, fresh stair treads, and crisp baseboard to button up their masterpiece.

They even sent us some before pics… and let me tell you, their vision was WILD in the best way.

Sending a big, happy shoutout to M and M Designs, LLC for our fresh new name tags! They even gave us a backup tag, so we’re not stuck playing the ‘which car did I leave it in’ game. We’re officially stepping into networking events looking like we actually planned ahead for once.

If you need design, engraving, etching, or printing, these are the folks who make it look easy. Their page is loaded with photos of their work — and yes, it’s every bit as good as it looks.
