e making our products “in house”. We plan on taking advantage of some of the amazing raw ingredients here... like the alpaca farm right down the road where we can meet the alpaca from which some of our products will be made!

Good Monday evening!
I am not sure how to word this…
We are fine. Nothing bad happened. But…. I have to suspend the bakery except for farm/store orders and event orders.
I am starting PT for my knee, hand and back…. All of which are arguing about me being on my feet for upwards of 20 hours straight a day to keep the bakery going with regular hours so I am scaling back.
On top of that, we are still in construction phase.
It is the way life works. Change happens. But we have so enjoyed our gazebo bakery!
If you have already placed an order for Easter, then I have gotten ahold of you regarding pick up. I really hope you all will patronize some of the other great town bakeries… and I know of a new one starting up but they are not ready to announce.
If you need something in bulk because you want to freeze or you are having an event, feel free to contact me. Roux Farm carries some of our baked goods on the weekends!
So dont be strangers! We have new ducklings. We are expanding the gardens even more and yes, I am still trying to talk hubby into an underground greenhouse ( a wallipini!).

It has been quite the winter, eh??
But now we are ready to stay opening more regularly!
This Saturday, we will be open from 9 to 2 ! On the menu are some fancy breads, whole grain sourdough breads, English muffins, pastries, doughnuts , pizza rounds and more!!

It’s worth getting up at 4 am to have the featherlight mashed potato doughnuts ready for y’all by opening time at 8 am!!...

I was baking some vegan oatmeal cookies and realized… I haven’t let y’all know we are opening this Saturday, January 31st from 8 am to 4 pm!
We have been listening and are excited to announce that we are switching to organic flours in our regular baking, and adding some vegan and whole grain sourdough options as well!
Don’t worry! We will still have your favorites! English muffins, cinnamon rolls, specialty breads, gluten free options, etc.! We just want to offer more variety!
So… come stock up on goodies before the next storm we are hearing about and tell us how you are doing! Coffee will be on if you need some warming up.

Good morning and Happy New Year!!
As we get ready to ramp up for the winter…. We have questions!!
Can you give us your input?
1. Would you prefer more organic ingredients ( knowing it will increase the price on baked goods by anywhere from 20% to 40%, depending on on the item and its ingredients);
2 .would you like to see more whole grain baked goods?;
3. Would you like to see more sourdough based baked goods?
As you know, our skin care is as much organic as we can!
Our personal food is mostly organic.
But how do you feel?
If you would like more organic…. Is it an “all or nothing” deal… or are you satisfied with the major components being organic if it will keep costs lower?

Good morning and MeRrY ChRiStMaS Eve!!

At our gazebo bakery on 10 Brown lane, the orders are ready and labeled! For those that meant to order but forgot… yes! We made extra!

We have cinnamon rolls and chocolate babka wreaths $8 each with gluten free cinnamon roll 2-packs for $4!

We will be available until 2 pm for you to pop on by!

Why yes!! We are making regular, gluten free and apple filled cinnamon rolls for Christmas Eve morning pick up!!!
Please order by Monday night and specify size and kind in a private message.
GF: 2 packs only… apple or regular
Regular : 6 packs or 9x13 pan… apple or regular.
Pick up will be between 8 am and 1 pm on Wednesday at 10 Brown Lane in Berwick Maine in the gazebo..unless otherwise arranged please.

Super excited about our Christmas Open House this Saturday, Dec 13th at our 10 Brown Lane gazebo bakery from 10 am to 6 pm!
Please come and enjoy cookies, coffee, cocoa, cider as our guest as we open our home to say “Thank you” to our customers AND “Hello!” To unmet friends!
Yes… we will have cookie trays like the one pictures for sale if you want to bring cookies home ( over 10 kinds of gluten free AND 10 kinds of regular cookies in each tray!) and we will have fancy breads and cinnamon rolls and giant whoopie pies!
But truly… just come and relax a bit and visit with others! This is our favorite thing to do each year!
