Quality is born & bred in a New England town

The Thomas family believes quality begins first in every product we sell - like the German engineered Miele and SEBO vacuum cleaner lines. HEPA filtration never felt so good as a new Miele or SEBO. Same goes for a simple basic sewing machine. The problem with 90% of the big box stores price supersedes quality. We would rather have 3 discerning customers than a thousand. The Pfaff sewing machine line is engineered making it better than any other product produced in the world. We sell the Creative Icon which is a 5 star sewing machine/embroidery combo. If we don’t use it or if we wouldn’t buy it. You won’t find it in our show room. We passed on a few deals that would make us bigger because of our commitment and craftsmanship that is so important to every New Englander. Liam & I love what we do -- we love what we sell and repair. It is so important to us to do it right the first time.
