Hello friends, old and new! Thank you for being here.
A little fun fact: I’ve been asked where the name Freckles Pottery originated from. All 3 of my sons have the sweetest freckled faces. This is Micah, my middle guy 👇🏻 I often work with speckled clay and many months ago Micah said “Mom, the clay looks like it has freckles!” And so began Freckles Pottery.

This Mojave sunset mug duo is available for purchase! White porcelain clay, wheel thrown and glaze fired with custom glaze. I’m moving from commercial glazing to making my own 😊 They drip with hues of coral, pink, amber and purple with pearl white inside.

Now booking! Message me directly to come play in clay & enjoy our little piece of paradise in our detached home studio. Private lessons begin Sept 1st, every Friday….. afternoons and evenings as well on Fridays! Lessons will be 2 hours for adults and 90 minutes for kids. Some perks:
I do offer Afterpay when paying for your pottery session or packages in full up front! Complementary beverages and clay provided. September and October we’ll even be making pumpkins on the pottery wheel! 🎃 Two students max per lesson.

Experience the joy of ceramics!
Join me in my peaceful, private art studio for a hands on experience learning the ancient art of ceramics.
Both adults & children welcome! Come learn with your kiddo, significant other or friend!
Limit 2 students per lesson
Each lesson will focus on learning a different technique with one on one instruction.
Wheel throwing & centering, hand building, trimming, glazing, set up/clean up & more!
This is a relaxed environment where the occasional child, pup or pet piggie (yes, you read that right) may wander into the studio to say hello! Pop on some headphones, feel the breeze & get to creatin!
2 hour private, hands on lesson: $110 adults, $100 children, or $320 adults/$290 children for 3 private lessons. Afterpay via square will be accepted for any 3 week (or longer) package.

Materials, tools, clay (up to 5lbs) and your choice of glaze provided! Complementary coffee or water available!
Choose one piece per lesson to glaze and take home. All items will be bisque and glaze fired at the end of each month!
Additional clay is available at $40 per 10 lb bag. Studio time: for experienced potters only (without instruction) available at $25 per hour (clay not included)
