Everett went back to the doctor in Louisville yesterday and back to etown today. He has to take it easy for seven more weeks but he is healing good and feeling a little better everyday. We are holding tight to your prayers and kindness. Our prayer is that the lord will bless each of you the way you have blessed us when we needed you the most. Our son has asked for help for us for his birthday fundraiser, which absolutely melts my heart and shows what a great person he is. We are beyond blessed.

Just wanted to share again and give you an update. Everett goes back to the doctor Wednesday in Louisville. We are hoping for good news. You all have been so kind and giving and we can’t thank you enough for your help with all the expense and bills that’s coming our way. It’s unreal how fast everything can change. My neighbor said it best to me the other day she said ( if everybody just gave a little) and she is so right. If we just gave a little to help each other out there would be no struggle to pay bills when you are down. I hope one day I can give back to each of you and bless you like you have us.

It’s so hard for both of us to be down sick and on top of that have to worry about how you are going to pay your bills. The bills just keep coming whether we are sick or not. Monthly bills, doctor bills, medicine, trips to the doctor and you know if you have ever worked there’s just nothing for you. My son started this Go Fund Me account because I know he’s worried about us and he don’t want us to worry. We are so blessed to both be here, we almost lost Everett, so I know the lords got this. Please if you feel like you can and want to make a donation, no matter the amount, we would be forever grateful for your help. If you feel more comfortable sending by mail that’s great too. I always tried to donate to everyone who came by for 25 years when I had the shop because I always said you don’t know when you might need help, so I think our time has come. We love you guys and don’t stop praying for us. We are holding on to each
other tight as we can and praying for better days ahead.

I know everybody remembers my shop cats. Scooter and lennie. We lost lennie last night, she was 16 years old. Scooter is so sad because she don’t understand where lennie has gone. They have been together for 16 years. It’s so hard to let them go but I don’t want them to suffer either. My heart is broke and scooter’s is too.

We had a great first day at the Gathering of snowmen. We will open in the morning at 9:30. We still have tons of Snowmen left. Come see us.
