We Upcycled WHAT Into a Scarecrow?! 💀😂

When my brother asked for a little help with their entry for Frankenmuth’s scarecrow contest, apparently a regular scarecrow just wasn’t going to do. 💀😂

And in true Vin Cycle fashion, we gave some old things a brand-new purpose! His outfit was created from old clothing, burlap sacks and—believe it or not—an old car cover! A little upcycling, a LOT of skeleton, and quite a bit of wrestling later… meet Then Is Now’s 2026 scarecrow!

If you’re in Frankenmuth, be sure to check out all of the scarecrows around town—and keep an eye out for this guy at Then Is Now! 🎃🍂
