The JS2 team just wrapped up an incredible trip to Denver for the BSI Consultant Summit!

Getting to tour their factory and see their capabilities in action was a highlight. There’s something powerful about seeing the process firsthand — from fabrication to final product — and understanding the level of precision behind it all. And with the Rocky Mountains as the backdrop outside their facility, it wasn’t a bad view to take in between sessions.

BSI also treated us to time at Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa, where we explored the resort and attended educational courses on their systems and innovations. The combination of mountain views, great conversations, and hands-on learning made for an unforgettable experience.

Huge thank you to BSI, LLC, Alliance Foodservice Equipment and everyone involved for the outstanding hospitality! We’re excited to bring this knowledge back to our projects and continue pushing our designs forward.

We had a great walkthrough with the Sunda team in downtown Detroit — what an exciting project to be a part of! 🍣🔥 If you’ve ever had Sunda New Asian’s food, you already know how incredible it is — and if you haven’t, get ready for something special coming to the city!

We’re honored to be involved in bringing this vibrant concept to life in such an iconic location. One of the shots even caught Comerica Park in the background — couldn’t ask for a better backdrop! ⚾️⚾️

🚨 New project alert! 🚨

It was an honor to work with the Ford team, and to bring to the historic. Michigan Central Train Station!

Michigan Central Station opened in 1913 as Detroit’s grand Beaux-Arts rail hub, fell into decay after closing in 1988, and was restored by Ford beginning in 2018 into a vibrant innovation and community center!

From catching a Phillies game and sampling some of the best Philly cheesecake to touring the impressive Continental factory, it was a memorable trip packed with inspiration and collaboration.

The JS2 Team had a BUSY February!!

-NAFEM 2025 in Atlanta was an exceptional experience! Our team spent a few days exploring the latest industry innovations, building valuable connections, and enjoying outstanding cuisine. A highlight of the event was the opportunity to meet and enjoy a crafted drink from the renowned Bad Birdy. We are excited about the future of foodservice and already looking forward to NAFEM 2027!

-Following NAFEM, our team had the opportunity to visit McLemore Resort in Rising Fawn, Georgia—and it was absolutely breathtaking. We are truly honored to be part of such a remarkable and meticulously designed project. The culinary experience was outstanding, as expected, given the exceptional equipment in place. 😏 We look forward to visiting again and continuing this incredible collaboration in the future. Thank you!
