FROM VISION TO REALITY | Under Construction

A timeless vision is coming to life.

Currently under construction, this extraordinary custom residence draws inspiration from classic European country architecture, blending timeless elegance with thoughtful design and exceptional craftsmanship.

From the graceful rooflines and natural stone detailing to the intimate courtyard and seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, every element has been carefully considered.

At LUXE Homes Design + Build, we believe the beauty is in the details. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching an architectural vision take shape and bringing a truly one-of-a-kind home to life.

We can’t wait to share the progress of this project!

THE LUXE DETAIL | Architectural Arches

It’s all in the details.

From dramatic stone archways and exposed wood beams to graceful vaulted ceilings, intricate flooring, and statement lighting, these architectural elements bring character, depth, and timeless elegance to every space.

Different styles, each with its own personality, yet all thoughtfully designed to make even the simplest passageway feel extraordinary.

Because exceptional design isn’t limited to the main living spaces. It’s found in every corner, every transition, and every detail.

THE LUXE DETAIL | A Turkish Spa Retreat

Luxury living meets the art of relaxation.

Tucked into the lower level of this custom lakefront home, a Turkish-inspired spa creates a private sanctuary designed for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

From the intricate geometric tilework and beautifully patterned vaulted ceilings to the warm wood finishes, statement lighting, sauna, and inviting plunge pool, every detail brings a sense of tranquility and understated luxury.

A spa experience without ever leaving home.

Because at LUXE, exceptional living goes beyond the expected.

THE LUXE LIFE | Featured in Birmingham City Lifestyle Magazine

We are delighted to share our feature in the November 2025 issue of Birmingham City Lifestyle Magazine, highlighting the story behind LUXE Homes—a collaboration between John and Donna VanBrouck of VanBrouck & Associates and Bryan and Rachel Leith of Leith Luxury Homes.

With more than 50 years of combined experience, our partnership brings together a shared passion for architectural artistry, thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and creating extraordinary homes. By uniting architecture, interior design, and construction, we have created a more personal and collaborative approach to the custom home experience.

A heartfelt thank you to Birmingham City Lifestyle and writer Susan Thwing for sharing our story.
