What a weekend! 🔪✨
Thank you to everyone who came out Friday for my sharpening pop-up at Williams Sonoma & again Saturday morning at the Pepper Place Farmers Market. Y’all kept me busy from start to finish and I’m so grateful for every customer who stopped by. ❤️
After Friday’s sharpening pop up @ Williams Sonoma, I grabbed dinner at North Italia & their grilled artichoke & steak panzanella salad were sooo good.
Then after Pepper Place in Sat, I wandered through the Birmingham Folk Festival. So many great tents & artists! I stopped at the quilting tent & added a few French knots for “snow” on a quilt roof. Grateful for a good weekend . 🔪✨

Currently sitting in the airport headed home from an incredible sharpening convention and my brain is officially on information overload 🤯✂️ 🔪
Learned so much, met a lot of great people, and heading home inspired with new ideas and techniques . So stoked.
A huge thank you to my two amazing travel buddies for all the laughs, conversations, hospitality, airport rides, and just making the whole experience even better. So grateful for my sensei , him giving me guidance &knowledge along the way.
See you guys at The Pepper Place Market this Sat May 9th .
Bring your mom's knives for sharpening , she probably needs them sharpened for when you cook for her Sunday ! 😂 💐 🍽️

What have you guys been cooking in the kitchen? 🍲 🥕 🧅 🍄
This is an old time favorite in my house , Lentil Soup. Easy to make and sooo good and good for ya.
Sauteed onions, garlic, water or broth whichever you have, carrots, mushrooms, spinach. S &P .
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese. 🤌🏽
