1. It was 100% silk and I was giddy Until I got it home and saw the devil's seams. Re-donated the next day.
2. Fast fashion, period. I've taken apart plenty of SHEIN and used the yarn myself, but it's cheap. Like cheaper than cheap. So, not worth the overall effort.
3. Estate sales with no clothes are criminal. I want to pull up and see Grandma's bright teal, floor length nightgown flapping in the breeze (IYKYK)
4. Garage sales are for offloading stuff you no longer want anymore with the off chance of making a few bucks. But when you charge store prices, I'm out.
5. Multiple strands are normal, but they make the whole take apart process draaaaaag. Then I can only pull one strand for a single length of the garment, then I have to switch and pull from the other way. End of the world? of course not, but I'm impatient!
