Most people are surprised to learn that frames, especially those with glass, do NOT do well in heat! With the hot summer months approaching, it's important to not keep any of your framed creations from Carden Custom Framing in your car for too long. A good rule: if it would be too hot for your child or pet, it's going to be too hot for your frame.

Why? It's because glass can condensate when it experiences swings in temperatures (say coming from an air-conditioned framing shop to a summer-baked car). This condensation could potentially warp your mats, photos, and artwork, leaving you with a mess you don't want to fix.
