may I have a minute of your time. this box has a special place in my heart. I made this for a friend a brother a man who has been through so much in this life and yet today he chooses to live life in a good way. I decided that this was going to be my last commission for a while.
In december we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl. I have been a stay at home dad the last 4 years to our son. my wife goes back to work tomorrow so my time will be focused on family.

Been working on this box as time allows and the end is in sight. This will be my last commission for the foreseeable future. We were blessed with beautiful baby girl back in december and my wife goes back to work next week. I will be taking time to set up my new table saw getting some electrical work done. Thanks for looking.

So im starting over and gonna practice patience with this shellac process,im aiming for a French polish finish. I tried to rush it last week and I spent all week chasing my tail. Failure is a part of learning. Gonna take it slow this week and hopefully it turns out better.

Had to remove alot of the shellac there was some fingerprints from about 10 coats ago lol
