A little laundry room update that completely changed the feel of this space.

In the before, warm wood cabinetry, laminate countertops, and patterned flooring made the room feel a bit heavy and dated.

For the after, we lightened and refined everything — painting the cabinetry a soft, modern gray (Kendall Charcoal by Benjamin Moore) adding a clean quartz countertop (Nobel Gray), updating the hardware and bringing in fresh flooring with a subtle marble pattern for warmth and texture.

The result is brighter, more cohesive, and so much more inviting — proof that even a small laundry room can feel elevated with the right finishes.

Obsessed with how this cabin is coming together!

Designing this retreat with a fun couple and their family has been such a dream. The bold dark exterior paired with warm wood accents gives it that perfect modern-meets-cozy feel, while those huge windows are going to flood the inside with natural light.

The upper deck was designed for sunset dinners and morning coffee, and the lower patio creates the perfect space for gathering with friends after a day outdoors. Every detail was selected to feel relaxed, welcoming, and ready for memory-making.

This is what designing for lifestyle is all about and I can’t wait for this family to enjoy!

This custom bar features rich cherry wood cabinetry that brings warmth and depth to the room, beautifully paired with a striking Brown Fantasy marble countertop that adds natural movement and elegance. The island portion is topped with a solid walnut countertop, creating a layered mix of woods and stone that feels both refined and inviting.

From a designer’s perspective, the magic is in the contrast—smooth marble against warm wood tones, classic craftsmanship balanced with a welcoming, functional layout. It’s the kind of space that effortlessly becomes the heart of entertaining, where great conversations and great drinks naturally come together.

Designing this primary bath was all about balancing warmth with sophistication.

We paired rich, custom wood cabinetry with a gorgeous marble countertop to create depth and contrast, then layered in brushed brass fixtures for a soft, elevated glow. The herringbone tile adds just the right amount of movement behind the mirrors, giving the double vanity a tailored, furniture-like feel.

In the shower, oversized marble-look tile keeps the space feeling bright and expansive, while the mosaic floor adds texture at your feet. A frameless glass enclosure and warm brass plumbing fixtures complete the look — timeless, refined, and designed for everyday luxury.

This space is a perfect example of how thoughtful material selections and cohesive finishes can transform a bathroom into a true retreat.

This new master suite is all about elevated comfort and smart design.

Custom built-in cabinets flank the fireplace, creating a seamless wall of tailored storage that feels both functional and refined. The rich, moody cabinetry adds depth and sophistication, while the clean lines and matte hardware keep the look modern and timeless.

At the center, a sleek fireplace wrapped in dramatic tile creates a cozy focal point, beautifully balanced by a warm wood mantel that adds the perfect organic touch. The layered textures — from the smooth cabinetry to the natural wood flooring — bring warmth and character to the entire space.

A true retreat designed for organization, relaxation, and everyday luxury.

This mudroom went from a simple drop zone to a fully customized storage moment.

Before: An open bench with hooks served its purpose, but everything was on display — hats, coats, leashes, and everyday clutter competing for attention. The space felt tight and visually busy, even though it was functional.

After: We maximized every inch with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, concealed storage, and a warm wood bench seat that adds contrast and durability. The tall cabinet doors keep coats and seasonal items tucked away, while upper cabinets provide bonus storage you didn’t know you needed. Matte black hardware adds a clean, modern edge against the soft white cabinetry.

Now the space feels streamlined, intentional, and seamlessly integrated with the rest of the home — proof that practical spaces can still feel elevated.

Functional. Organized. Beautiful. 🙌

Laundry rooms deserve just as much love as the rest of the home

This custom laundry room was designed to feel calm, cohesive, and beautifully functional. The warm neutral cabinetry paired with the soft vertical panel backsplash creates subtle texture and depth, while the darker countertops ground the space with contrast.

I centered the sink between the washer and dryer to create balance and symmetry, and added a fluted apron detail for a custom, furniture-inspired touch. The open niche below keeps the room feeling light while still allowing space for baskets or storage.

Clean lines, thoughtful storage, and a timeless palette — proof that even the most hardworking spaces in your home deserve great design.
