FRIENDLY FRIDAY REMINDERS 🤍

We are quickly approaching the holiday season, AKA our busiest time of the entire year! Before things get a little crazy around here, we figured it was a good time for a few policy reminders, updates, and a little housekeeping.
📦 PICKUP + SHIPPING + SCHOOL DROPS
📍 Pickup will continue to be available at Neebz Graphix Tuesday–Friday from 9AM–5PM.
📍 We ship! Always. Every day of the week. If you’re not local, no worries, we can get it to you!
📍SCHOOL STAFF; Jayci is our very official, highly qualified 7-year-old carrier pigeon. 😂 She is happy to drop smaller orders off at the elementary office or deliver them to her teacher.
A couple rules with that:
🛑 NO, she cannot haul large or heavy orders.
🛑 NO, she cannot take an order to another student. That sounds like a recipe for disaster and a responsibility I am not putting on a 7-year-old. 😂
She is incredibly responsible and has successfully delivered many orders to the school over the last two years, so we’re happy to continue offering this for staff!
⏰ TURNAROUND TIME
We’ve been running at about 5 business days lately. As we head into fall, please plan for a 5–7 BUSINESS DAY turnaround through at least October 15th.
👉🏼 As holiday orders begin rolling in, this may change. We will always communicate current turnaround times as clearly as possible.
🏃♀️ Need something faster? We DO offer a rush fee when our schedule allows it. Just remember that a rush order means you are quite literally “jumping the line” in front of customers who ordered before you. Please use this option when you genuinely need it!
💰 INVOICE PAYMENTS
Unless you are an established business account, WE DO NOT START YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOUR INVOICE IS PAID. ‼️
Do your groceries get delivered before you pay for them? Nope. Neither do we. 😂
Personalized products are incredibly difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resell if someone changes their mind or disappears after ordering. Payment secures your order and gets it into our production lineup.
And when we say everyone, we mean EVERYONE. Friends. Family. Regular customers. My best friend. 😂 Nobody gets offended because these are simply the rules we have to have in place to run a successful business.
🤍 AND MAYBE THE MOST IMPORTANT REMINDER
There is a family behind this screen. School is starting, schedules are getting busy again, and we value our family time over everything.
The days are long, but the weeks are short.
You may see us working late into the night. You may see orders being finished on a Saturday or Sunday. Sometimes working those weird hours is how we stay caught up while still being present for our family. But if your order is still within our stated turnaround time, we will not sacrifice family time to finish it sooner.
That boundary can actually be REALLY difficult when our machines are only a few steps away from our house. There is always something we could be working on. Always another order we could finish. Always one more thing we could do. But for Endless Embers to continue being something we love AND something that is successful, we have to have boundaries between our business and our family.
We appreciate every single person who respects those boundaries and gives us the time we’ve quoted to create your order. 🫶🏼

We still have some details to finalize, so you’re going to have to hold tight for a little while longer. But sometime in the next couple of months, we will finally be able to share what we’ve been working on. So stay with us. Keep interacting. Keep watching.
