Finally finished the bowl I've been working for what seems like forever. I ended up have to cut it down a big because of some flaws, but it still turned out to be a nice utility bowl.

It's a shame that so much black walnut ends up on the floor (or in chicken coops). I should look into a coring system at some point.

Finally getting back to this bowl I started who knows how long ago. Long enough that I'd forgotten just how hard dry black walnut is.

Another variation on the offset spindle experiments. Instead of offsetting on two separate points, this one uses three offset points along the spindle's axis, resulting in a triangular turning, but not twisted
