Marriage Ceremony Cross #2
Presented here is a prototype of a unity cross. I have stained each component a distinct color to delineate the individual pieces. Alternatively, 3-4 different wood species could be utilized to represent various symbolic elements. The outermost cross (larger), representing the divine aspect, symbolizes the encompassing love of Christ that will envelop the marriage. The two individual central crosses signify the two individuals who unite to form this union. Individually, they do not constitute a marriage; rather, it requires the commitment of both parties.
The current screws will be replaced with brass knurled-head screws.
