EDIT: FIXED AND WORKING!

PHONE UPDATE-STILL DOWN
Please continue to messenger or email.
Over 2 hours on the phone with them today. Now they claim there was never a ticket put in and the ticket number I was given was not for that. At one point, the first rep said it had been 60 days (this last Monday was the actual day) and our number was gone. Anyway 2 hrs later, they said hopefully in 24-48 hours. I have been having issues since I switched this number to them with other matters. This is the worst issue out of it all.

Please say a prayer all this can get resolved. It's all been very stressful . Thank you.

EDIT: FIXED AND WORKING!
PHONE UPDATE!!!
Still not working! Messenger or email us!

They promised it would be working by 6 pm Tuesday. I called Wednesday and they promised it would be working by noon Thursday. I called Thursday night and he was working on it. Assured me he would get it working. They had a ticket in on it🤷 so wasn't sure how he was getting it to work. At 9:30 pm he said the call limit would cut us off and he'd call me back in a few seconds. Usually the rep would just put the phone on hold for a few seconds. He did not call back!!! Phone still isn't working😡
